As the very nature and value of our business is based in secrecy, we use the utmost caution with our Intellectual Property. Unless other arrangements have been made, companies we do business with are required to utilize the following procedures when handling QLI Intellectual Property.
Electronic Transmissions:
Please use acronyms verses product names and flag them "confidential" for all correspondence. We do not disclose product particulars in the subject or body of electronically transmitted correspondence as it is more secure to include product details in an attachment that has been converted into pdf format.
Hard Copy Information:
All proprietary information should be marked as CONFIDENTIAL and/or disposed of appropriately by use of office shredders. Please utilize CONFIDENTIAL/SHRED stamps on all hard copies.
Sharing of Information:
Recipients shall limit disclosure of Confidential Information within its own organization to its directors, officers, partners, members and/or employees having a need to know and shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party (whether an individual, corporation, or other entity) without the prior written consent of QLI.
